        • Our office hours are 8 am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday. However, this position will be 24—28 hours per week on average with occasional time outside of business hours.

        Summary

        The Web & Graphic Designer position will utilize powerful tools like the Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress to apply inbound marketing strategies to support the efforts of our Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams. This position will lead with the design, production, development and/or maintenance of both new and existing website design projects. Having a background in web design/development and graphic design will aid this candidate in building and maintaining website enhancements and landing pages. The ideal candidate will also have a knack for analyzing data and monitoring web successes and failures to influence 9miles Media’s website & marketing strategy.

        Responsibilities

        • Managing 9miles Media and related brands’ webpages
          • Design visually appealing web page layouts and graphics that follow branding guidelines and UX principles
          • Knowledge of visual design, excellent composition, and savvy in web typography standards
          • Create design changes and update content with self-directed improvements and as needed
          • Lead the design, production, development and/or maintenance of both new and existing web design projects
          • Manage technical components of websites, including hosting, domains, SEO, page speed load time optimization, metadata, accessibility, etc.
          • Provide direct support for front-end web design, graphic design, user interface and user experience design
          • Develop optimized web graphics, create design comps for new pages and modify existing designs to optimize usability.
        • Creating graphics for 9miles Media and related brands
          • Design 2D graphics for events, social media ads/organic, websites, landing pages, etc. that following branding guidelines
          • Manage graphic portion of brand guidelines for 9miles Media and related brands
        • Technical skills related to website maintenance, integrations, and upkeep
          • Experience with WordPress and a theme and page builder (specifically Divi).
          • Familiarity with current best web practices including responsive design.

         

        Skills and Qualifications

        • Required at least 1 year demonstrated graphic design and/or website creation experience

        • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, design and/or communications preferred but not required.
        • Great sense of visual design, excellent composition, and knowledgeable in web typography standards.
        • Knowledge of Javascript, PHP, CSS, and HTML is highly recommended.
        • Optional: Project management experience with any of our software platforms (Asana, Toggl, Sling, Zoom).

        Compensation

        This position will be compensated hourly at a competitive rate commensurate with experience. Hiring range: $16/hr – $20/hr + comprehensive performance bonus, commensurate with applicable experience and capabilities. This position will be eligible for an additional performance bonus based on setting & achieving personal and team goals.

        Summary

        9miles media is looking to add a tech-savvy teammate that has experience running measurably profitable digital ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube and Linkedin.

        Our team produces campaigns where we design the strategy, the creative and launch ads for the purpose of achieving specific results set during the proposal stage. This role will be an important part of our client Fulfillment team, so being able to work within a team dynamic is important and excellent written and verbal communication is a must.

        Copywriting experience a plus, experience using content that was designed for the ad itself is another plus.

        Responsibilities

        • Run client ad campaigns
          • Accomplish campaign goals on or under budget
          • Create qualitative reports each week of ad optimizations to communicate any changes, the reasons behind them, and how it is impacting the client’s bottom line
          • Create qualitative & quantitative reports for client projects each month
          • Communicate with account managers for client projects
        • Present ideas to clients
          • Occasionally meet with prospects & clients as a subject matter expert
          • Create ad strategies, visually and verbally articulate them to teammates and clients
        • Optimize advertising processes

        Skills and Qualifications

        • Required at least one year digital ad strategist experience using all or some of the following, with demonstrated metrics
          • Facebook Ads
          • Instagram Ads
          • Youtube Ads
          • Google Search Ads
          • LinkedIn Ads
        • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Data Analysis preferred but not required.
        • Must be able to hold yourself accountable
        • Must be receptive to transparent feedback

        Compensation

        This position will be compensated hourly at a competitive rate commensurate with experience. Hiring range: $19/hr – $22/hr depending on applicable experience and capabilities. This position will be eligible for an additional performance bonus based on setting & achieving personal and team goals which typically amounts to the equivalent of an additional $1-$1.50/hr
